First Aid Training Courses

Designated First Aid (18 hours) – £175 per person

This course comprehensively covers the practical skills needed by First Aiders in the workplace. It meets the standards required to help employers comply with Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations.

Designated First Aid Requalification (12 hours) – £100 per person

This two-day course updates the First aid skills of those who need to renew their First Aid at Work certificate. This course covers the contents of the three day First Aid at Work course in two-days.

Emergency First Aid Training (6 hours) – £70 per person

If your risk assessment indicates that first aid training covering emergency protocols only is sufficient for your workplace, this one-day course will help you to meet your Regulatory requirements.

Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) – £85 per person

This 12-hour paediatric first aid course meets Ofsted and EYFS requirements. It will cover:

  • CPR
  • Choking
  • Burns
  • Bleeding/wounds
  • Special needs of infants and children
  • Behavioural characteristics
  • Medical advice guidelines
  • Primary assessment
  • Disease prevention after an emergency

There will be an informal assessment.

Defibrillation Training (2 hours) – £30 per person 

Dates & Times:
Monday 11th December 2017   9.30 am – 11.30 am (Venue To be confirmed)

For each minute that passes without defibrillation after the heart stops, the casualties chance of survival falls by 14% Defibrillators are very simple to operate and no previous training is required. This three-hour course gives people the confidence to act quickly and effectively in an emergency. This course will teach you how to perform CPR and operate a defibrillator.
